Give them problems, not solutions
Give them problems to solve instead of solutions to implement so they can still be creative at their level.
Of course you’re better than them, that’s why you are the leader, the expert, the senior member of the team - but that doesn’t mean you should be telling them how to do things. Instead, define the problem you want to solve and any additional requirements that need to be met, then let them work on a solution that works for them.
You will be surprised and delighted at the creativity they demonstrate; it is very empowering for them to be trusted in that way; and you just took one step further in getting things to work without you.
