Being able to organise others is more valuable than being organised
If being organised, structured, on time, prepared and focused isn't taking you anywhere - or if it can take you no further - you're going to start feeling unsatisfied and resentful of those who aren't any of those things and get in the way of things running smoothly.
To fight these toxic feelings and continue to improve things for everyone, why not try and organise them? Finding ways to organise and structure people with scattered minds is challenging and much more difficult than organising yourself, but that's what makes it a valuable kill.
It will be frustrating and enraging at times, but it is possible to achieve and when you succeed it will be all worth it: the team will be stronger and more efficient and you'll have a new skill for your promotion or your resume. Everyone's a winner.
