As a manager, how do you take credit for success and still let the team take credit for the work?

You take credit for having created the environment in which these ideas could be generated: recruiting the right people, assembling the right team, creating the culture that encouraged their creativity, putting in place the structure and systems to allow ideas to flourish.

There is room for everyone to be credited for what they brought.
